Qualifications

• Active Hawaii Pharmacy Technician Registration is required.

• Pharmacy Technician Registration within 3 months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Purchase and receive inventory, track balances, replenish, cycle count, return product management, and selection of product under supervision.
• Manage returned goods following SOPs and monitor shortages to maintain inventory levels.
• Ensure pharmacy pick stations are stocked with medication and supplies.
• Assist in maintaining dispensing and back stock refrigerators in an organized manner.
• Provide Operations Assistants with packing supplies and keep pack stations stocked.
• Monitor and remove short-dated or expired inventory from active stock.
• File inventory and documentation.
• Assists with other duties as assigned by Leadership.

Position Summary

The Inventory Control Coordinator is responsible for the tasks associated with the management of inventory while maintaining the Pharmacy in a clean, orderly, and professional manner.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Purchasing and receiving of inventory, tracking and reconciliation of inventory balances, replenishment tasks, put away, cycle counting, return product management, B/O and Days' Supply monitoring and selection of product and supplies under the direction of the supervisor.
• Managing returned goods according to standard operating procedures while also monitoring product trends and shortages to ensure proper inventory levels are maintained.
• Ensure pharmacy pick stations are properly stocked with medication and supplies.
• Assist in maintaining dispensing and back stock refrigerators in a well organized manner.
• Provide Operations Assistants with adequate packing supplies and ensure pack stations are stocked appropriately.
• Monitor and pull short dated or expired product from active inventory.
• Filing inventory and documentation.
• Assists with other duties as assigned and/or any other tasks as assigned by Leadership.

This position could be physically demanding. Must be able to sit, stand, pull, push, reach, stretch, walk and be physical for multiple hours of the day.

Required Qualifications

• Must have an active Pharmacy Technician Registration in the state of Hawaii
• 1 year professional work experience in a warehouse, purchasing and/or inventory environment.
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs or more
• Prior experience with SAP Warehouse Management (WM) software
• Pharmacy Technician Registration within 3 months of hire

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
