Job summary

CVS Health is hiring for an Inventory Control Coordinator in Massachusetts. The role focuses on inventory management, purchasing, receiving, and keeping the pharmacy orderly and compliant. You will ensure stocked pick stations and refrigerators are organized and follow SOPs for returns and SOX documentation.

The position requires a MA pharm tech license and at least 1 year in warehousing or inventory roles. The shift is full-time with a 11:00am–7:30pm schedule and benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• 1+ years professional work experience in a warehouse, purchasing and/or inventory environment.
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs or more.
• Active MA pharm tech license (Registered Tech or Tech Trainee).

Responsibilities

• Purchasing and receiving of inventory, tracking and reconciliation of inventory balances, replenishment tasks, put away, cycle counting, return product management, B/O and Days’ Supply monitoring and selection of product and supplies under the direction of the supervisor.
• Managing returned goods according to standard operating procedures while also monitoring product trends and shortages to ensure proper inventory levels are maintained.
• Ensure pharmacy pick stations are properly stocked with medication and supplies.
• Assist in maintaining dispensing and back stock refrigerators in a well organized manner.
• Provide Operations Assistants with adequate packing supplies and ensure pack stations are stocked appropriately.
• Monitor and pull short dated or expired product from active inventory.
• Filing inventory and SOX documentation.
• Assists with other duties as assigned and/or any other tasks as assigned by Leadership.

The Inventory Control Coordinator is responsible for the tasks associated with the management of inventory while maintaining the Pharmacy in a clean, orderly, and professional manner.

This position could be physically demanding. Must be able to sit, stand, pull, push, reach, stretch, walk and be physical for multiple hours of the day.

Starting Pay Range

$20.35 - $22.02

Schedule

11:00am - 7:30pm, Monday - Friday

Required Qualifications

The Typical Pay Range For This Role Is

$17.00 - $31.30

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.
