Job summary

CVS Health in Monroeville, PA is seeking a Warehouse Associate to manage inventory, receive orders, and maintain stocked pick stations. You will perform cycle counts, monitor shortages, and ensure proper documentation under supervision.

This full-time role requires at least 1 year in a warehouse, ability to lift 50 lbs, and a valid license. Competitive starting pay from $18.50 to $20.02 per hour with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• 1 year of warehouse/inventory experience.

• Valid pharmacy technician or technician trainee license.

Responsibilities

• Purchase and receive inventory, track balances, replenishment tasks, and cycle counting under supervision.
• Manage returned goods and monitor shortages to maintain proper levels.
• Ensure pharmacy pick stations are stocked with medication and supplies; assist with refrigerators and back stock organization.
• Provide packing supplies to Operations Assistants and maintain stock levels at pack stations.
• Monitor and remove short-dated orexpired product from active inventory; file inventory and SOX docs.
• Assist with other duties as assigned by Leadership.

Position Summary

Duties & Responsibilities

• Purchasing and receiving of inventory, tracking and reconciliation of inventory balances, replenishment tasks, put away, cycle counting, return product management, B/O and Days’ Supply monitoring and selection of product and supplies under the direction of the supervisor.
• Managing returned goods according to standard operating procedures while also monitoring product trends and shortages to ensure proper inventory levels are maintained.
• Ensure pharmacy pick stations are properly stocked with medication and supplies.
• Assist in maintaining dispensing and back stock refrigerators in a well organized manner.
• Provide Operations Assistants with adequate packing supplies and ensure pack stations are stocked appropriately.
• Monitor and pull short dated or expired product from active inventory.
• Filing inventory and SOX documentation.
• Assists with other duties as assigned and/or any other tasks as assigned by Leadership.

This position could be physically demanding. Must be able to sit, stand, pull, push, reach, stretch, walk and be physical for multiple hours of the day.

Required Qualifications

• 1 year professional work experience in a warehouse, purchasing and/or inventory environment.
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs or more
• Valid state pharmacy technician or technician trainee license.

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience with SAP Warehouse Management (WM) software

Education

• Verifiable High School diploma or equivalent

Starting pay rates are based on experience, ranging from: $18.50/hr to $20.02/hr

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.
