Job summary

Herff Jones in Indianapolis, IN is seeking an Inventory Control Coordinator to count, inspect and package emblematic parts for shipping. You will maintain Oracle transactions and support replenishment to ensure product availability.

Ideal candidates have 2–3 years in a similar role, experience with ERP systems, strong computer and communication skills, and a background in inventory or production/murchasing. This on-site role requires lifting up to 50lbs and daily computer use.

Qualifications

Your Opportunity

The Herff Jones Cap & Gown location is looking for an Inventory Control Clerk to join our team in Indianapolis, IN. Reporting to the Inventory Control Supervisor, the Coordinator’s primary job function is to sort, count, inspect and package emblematic parts, pieces, and products to make ready for shipping department.

What You’ll Be Doing On A Daily Basis

• Perform daily cycle counts and investigate inventory discrepancies
• Maintain accurate inventory transactions in Oracle, including moves, transfers, adjustments and substitutions.
