Inventory Control Coordinator
We are seeking an inventory control coordinator for our warehouse department, reporting to (Managing Job Title). Join us to grow your career and make a difference in the industry at Palmer-Donavin.

Shift: Monday-Friday 7:00 am - 3:30 pm (Overtime as needed)

Responsibilities include:

1. Develop cycle count schedules with CFO and Operations Manager.
2. Conduct physical inventories and record counts using WMS or ERP systems.
3. Identify discrepancies, generate recounts, and assist with audits.
4. Research inventory issues, including zeroed items and negative values.
5. Generate and review variance reports, and communicate issues.
6. Respond to inventory inquiries and investigate discrepancies.
7. Monitor and correct location maintenance errors.
8. Review the Returned Goods Queue weekly.
9. Reconcile daily cash deposits.
10. Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED
• 2+ years in warehousing or inventory control
• Knowledge of Eclipse and basic Excel
• Forklift license preferred
