Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Track and maintain accurate inventory levels.
• Perform regular cycle counts and reconcile inventory discrepancies.
• Monitor stock movement, ensuring items are received, stored, and distributed according to company policies.
• Conduct regular audits and spot checks to ensure inventory records match physical stock.
• Investigate and resolve discrepancies between physical inventory and system records.
• Enter and update inventory data into inventory management systems and maintain transaction records.
• Prepare inventory reports, tracking quantities and stock levels.
• Ensure proper handling and storage of inventory, preventing damage, theft, or loss.
• Follow safety protocols and comply with health and safety regulations for inventory control.
