Responsibilities

• Track and maintain accurate inventory levels.
• Perform regular cycle counts and reconcile inventory discrepancies in a timely manner.
• Monitor stock movement, ensuring that items are received, stored, and distributed according to company policies.
• Conduct regular audits and spot checks to ensure inventory records match physical stock.
• Investigate and resolve any discrepancies between physical inventory and system records.
• Report inventory discrepancies and recommend corrective actions to management.
• Enter and update inventory data into inventory management systems.
• Maintain accurate records of inventory transactions, including product receipts, transfers, and shipments.
• Prepare inventory reports, tracking product quantities, and stock levels.
• Ensure proper handling and storage of inventory, preventing damage, theft, or loss.
• Inspect products for quality and condition upon receipt, documenting any issues.
• Follow all safety protocols and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations for storage and handling of inventory.
• Fulfill mission statement by performing job duties with a high level of customer service while contributing to a positive team spirit.
• Special projects and other duties as assigned.
