$21.50/hour Plus $1.50/hour Shift Differential

2nd Shift Monday-Friday, 3pm-11:30pm

General Summary

The Inventory Control Clerk II ensures inventory processes and initiatives are accurately followed and reported. Performs root cause analysis to identify and resolve inventory record inaccuracies. This role involves a high level of customer interaction.

Responsibilities

• Research Oracle transactions and perform root cause analysis to resolve sync issues.
• Analyze inventory cycle count results and address variances.
• Compile, analyze, and distribute inventory control reports for internal and external review.
• Generate and maintain department metric reports.
• Assist with procedural improvements and inventory control best practices.

Ideal Candidate

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Two years of inventory control experience preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word.
• 1-2 years experience with warehouse management systems.
• Experience with Visio, BarTender, and Access is a plus.

• Ability to follow policies and procedures.
• Ability to read, write, interpret information, and perform basic math.
• Use of hands for handling and feeling.
• Sitting, walking, and standing for up to 8 hours.
• Visual acuity for job performance.
