Responsibilities
- Run a series of BPCS and WMS reports; capable of handling basic to complex system transactions.
- Print and verify daily counts:
- Verify physical item/lot/quantity combinations with system on-hand data.
- Document all related information on appropriate forms.
- Research inventory variances in BPCS/WMS daily to resolve issues and identify root causes:
- Conduct full warehouse searches for missing products.
- Review YE/YF net variance for item numbers.
- Identify potential mis-ships; verify and locate variances in orders.
- Assist in re-work activities: re-box, re-label, re-pack, re-tape, or consolidate pallets/cases.
- Coordinate with Morales Project team to unload totes, stage raw materials, produce Julian date/Tickets, and receive finished goods. Collaborate with operations, customers, and Customer Service to resolve Return Authorization issues.
- Relocate products physically and systematically as directed to optimize warehouse space.
- Perform routine equipment inspections and maintenance, operate equipment safely and efficiently.
- Conduct random physical inventories as needed.
- Maintain a clean, organized work area; ensure warehouse security and safety compliance.
- Assist with building, grounds, and equipment maintenance as required.
- Follow all safety policies, procedures, and cGMPs.
- Pass forklift safety and operation tests regularly.
- Perform tasks using proper safety equipment and procedures.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
