Job summary

FedEx Supply Chain is hiring for an Inventory Control Clerk I with forklift responsibilities. You will maintain accurate inventory records, verify received and shipped orders, and record transactions while ensuring quality and safety standards in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 0–2 years relevant experience; 1 year warehouse experience preferred.
• Forklift operating experience strongly preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; excellent verbal and written communication.
• Ability to follow policies and procedures; read/write/interpret information.
• Ability to lift/carry items up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Administer the cycle count program.
• Maintain and report inventory metrics.
• Liaise between departments on inventory accuracy.
• Audit and report errors; identify improvement opportunities.
• Research and report on inventory losses or variances.
• Print and assign daily pick lists; resolve missing item issues.
• Manage recall inventory and reporting.
• Monitor warehouse capacity and safety compliance.
