Job summary

McCall Farms seeks a Warehouse Clerk to support the Warehouse and Inventory functions. The role emphasizes implementing control procedures, outreach, applicant management, tracking staffing, and handling employee concerns, reporting to the Supervisor/Manager.

Shifts include weekends, with hours 2PM-10:30PM. The position focuses on maintaining inventory accuracy, producing reports, and coordinating with management to ensure staffing for openings.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; Bachelor's degree strongly preferred.
• 1-3 years' experience in warehousing and/or inventory control.
• Experience with the trucking industry, including dealing with truck drivers.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Word; Publisher and Access a plus.

Responsibilities

• Must be or able to become forklift certified as a driver.
• Maintain a pallet count, material usage and label inventory.
• Verify that all production reports and give production support as requested.
• Must be able to create work orders and track placement of products.
• Communicate well with all levels of management.
• Must be able to learn product codes numbers, row inventory levels, and inventory process.
• Other duties may be assigned.
