Accurate Personnel is hiring immediately for an Inventory Clerk in Houston, Texas. The role involves managing daily material movements, issuing and receiving materials for AOI purchasing and production returns, and maintaining accurate records in the inventory system.

The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma/GED and 2–3 years of experience with electronic parts inventory, strong attention to detail, and proficiency with SAP/MES and Microsoft Office.

Responsabilidades

• Manage all GI/GR transactions accurately and timely in the inventory system.
• Perform periodic physical inventory counts, monthly cycle counts, and annual audits.
• Support inventory transactions and tracking using SAP/MES inventory modules.
• Maintain custody and control of inventory to prevent loss, damage, or discrepancies.
• Keep inventory floor and storage areas organized, clean, and compliant with safety/storage requirements.
• Follow established inventory procedures and work instructions for accurate handling.

HIRING IMMEDIATELY: INVENTORY CONTROL CLERK IN SUGARLAND, TX

Accurate Personnel is hiring immediately for an Inventory Clerk to join our team in Houston, Texas. This individual will be responsible for managing daily material movements, including material issuance and receipt activities related to AOI purchasing and inline production work order returns. The ideal candidate will possess a high school diploma/GED, 2 to 3 years of working experience with electronic parts, and more listed below.

Pay, Schedule, and Location

• $23-$27/hour


• Excellent benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision


• 6:00am to 2:30pm


• Located in Houston, Texas

Duties and Responsibilities

• Manage all types of Goods Issue (GI) and Goods Receipt (GR) transactions accurately and timely within the inventory system


• Perform periodic physical inventory counts, including monthly cycle counts and annual inventory audits


• Support and facilitate inventory transactions and tracking activities using SAP/MES inventory modules


• Maintain proper custody and control of inventory materials to prevent loss, damage, or discrepancies


• Ensure inventory floor and storage shelves are organized, clean, and maintained in accordance with safety and storage requirements


• Follow company inventory procedures and work instructions to ensure accurate inventory management and material handling


• Report any questions, concerns, or issues to the Supervisor or Section Manager in a timely manner

Requirements and Qualifications

• Must have reliable transportation


• High school/GED


• 2 to 3 years of working experience with electronic parts/ components inventory management preferred


• Microsoft office


• Detailed oriented


• Ability to handle electronics parts
