Albertsons Companies Inc. is seeking a Receiver / Inventory Control Clerk (ICC) to oversee Direct Store Delivery (DSD) operations, ensuring merchandise is received, counted, and stocked accurately.

You will walk the store daily to scan items, identify shortages or overstock, and collaborate with various teams to support promotions and inventory integrity. You will monitor donations, manage grocery and non-perishable inventories, and maintain a secure backroom.

Qualifikationen

• Experience receiving, tracking, and reconciling inventory in a retail or grocery environment.
• Basic computer skills including email, Excel, and familiarity with store portals or inventory systems.
• Ability to monitor damaged, expired, or salvageable merchandise and process returns for credit.
• Strong organizational skills to maintain backroom cleanliness, security, and order.
• Excellent communication with vendors, delivery drivers, store management, and fellow associates.

Aufgaben

• Oversee Direct Store Delivery (DSD) operations and ensure merchandise is received, counted, and stocked accurately.
• Walk the store daily to scan DSD items and identify out-of-stock or overstock conditions.
• Collaborate with order writers, night crew, merchandisers, and the File Maintenance Clerk; communicate with the Store Director to support inventory accuracy and promotions.
• Monitor donations and manage grocery and non-perishable inventories; maintain a secure, clean backroom environment.
