Job summary

Commercial Metals Company is seeking an Inventory Control Clerk to support the Inventory Control Department with data entry and documentation processing. You will handle inventory transactions, maintain records in the FACTS system, and assist with audits and accuracy checks.

A strong eye for detail and proficiency with Microsoft Office are essential. You will spend most of your day at a computer, performing data entry tasks, cross-training in related functions, and contributing to efficient

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Strong organizational and analytical abilities with attention to detail.
• Proficient computer skills and the ability to learn multiple software platforms.

Responsibilities

• Process inventory-related transactions and documentation within the FACTS system.
• Enter and maintain records for inventory documents requiring deletion or correction.
• Review and process Shop Use forms for materials used by internal departments and warehouse operations.
• Process Damaged Goods documentation and ensure accurate system updates.
• Utilize FACTS, UnForm, and Microsoft Office to complete daily tasks.
• Perform accurate data entry and maintain electronic records.
