Job summary

PSG, a Dover company, is seeking a warehouse inventory clerk to perform cycle counts across all product lines, maintain accurate inventory levels, and review consigned inventory with outside vendors. The role requires a high school diploma, strong Excel skills, and forklift certification.

You will count and reconcile daily, assist in shortages resolutions, and report trends to management while adhering to quality and safety standards. Overtime may be required to support operations.

Qualifications

• Requires a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience performing cycle counts, system audits, reporting and record keeping.
• Experience with MS Excel and MS Outlook.
• Experience with warehouse equipment and material handling.

Responsibilities

• Maintain inventory cycle count and physical inventory programs.
• Count and reconcile selected part numbers/locations daily.
• Assist in solving shortages, overages and discrepancies.
• Prepare and report inventory trends to management.
• Follow quality assurance procedures to ensure output quality.
• Participate in Kaizen and continuous improvement activities.
• Adhere to inventory control systems and computer tracking.
• Maintain safe, clean work area and observe safety rules.
• Investigate variances and communicate findings to Manager.
