DHL Supply Chain in the United States is hiring a Day shift Inventory Control Clerk. The role emphasizes maintaining inventory accuracy, cycle counts, and warehouse operations on a 7am–3pm schedule with overtime as needed. Pay is $20.35 per hour.

The ideal candidate has at least 6 months in inventory control, experience with WMS or similar systems, and forklift certification or plan to complete within 30 days. Benefits and advancement opportunities are provided.

Position: Day shift Inventory Control Clerk
Shift: 7am-3pm, Monday through Friday (Overtime required as needed)
Pay: $20.35 per hour

In addition to the general job description below, the ideal candidate will also have the following skills and/or experience:

-A MINIMUM of 1 years’ experience operating a clamp or forklift.

-A MINIMUM of 6 months’ experience in Inventory Control to include: Cycle Count, reporting inventory discrepancies, receiving inventory, monitoring inventory levels.

-At least 6 month’s experience with a WMS (Warehouse Management System) or similar systems such as JDA, Red Prairie, Blue Yonder, SAP, etc.

Role Purpose :

Responsible for maintaining inventory accuracy by verifying all inbound and outbound orders. Insure that inventory entries and adjustments are reflected accurately in the warehouse management system.

Key Accountabilities :

- Maintain inventory records.
- Perform daily inventory management procedures and duties.
- Coordinate physical inventory procedures and adjust system as necessary.
- Follow procedures to accurately adjust inventory for over/short, defective, and damaged product.
- Perform routine clerical assignments including filing invoices and maintaining records.

Required Education and Experience :

- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Six months warehousing and inventory experience, preferred
- Forklift operator certificate or satisfactory completion of a forklift-training program within the first 30 days of employment, preferred
