Triple-S Steel Holdings, Inc. is seeking an Inventory Control Clerk to manage the inventory control system under supervision, maintain product data, rectify miscalculations, and analyze operations. The role includes cycle counts, updating records, and reporting findings to management.

Qualifications

• High school diploma/GED required.
• Some experience in inventory control.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong mathematical and analytical abilities.
• Ability to work irregular or extended hours, including weekends and nights.

Responsibilities

• Reconcile inventory discrepancies.
• Review and apply inventory activities, including movements and deletions.
• Maintain and update inventory records.
• Ensure billing is processed for assigned branches.
• Develop and implement efficient inventory management procedures.
• Assign cycle counts.
• Perform physical inventory at least twice a year.
• Report stock issues to management and place product orders as necessary.
• Operate safely and ensure safe storage practices.
• Other duties as assigned

We are looking for an inventory control clerk to manage the inventory control system under the supervision of the Quality Control manager, maintain product data, rectify miscalculations, review and analyze the results of operations, report findings to management and make recommendations for improvement as necessary.

• Review and apply inventory activities, including movements and deletions
• Maintain and update inventory records
