Job summary

DHL Supply Chain in Redlands, CA is seeking an Inventory Control Clerk to maintain accurate records and manage inbound/outbound orders. You will verify inventory accuracy in the warehouse management system and support daily cycle counts and adjustments.

The role requires at least a high school diploma, with preferred 6 months warehousing experience and forklift certification. Shift is 3:00 pm–11:30 pm, with pay at $22.50 per hour and strong opportunities for career growth.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Six months warehousing and inventory experience preferred.
• Forklift operator certification preferred or completed within 30 days.

Responsibilities

• Maintain inventory records.
• Perform daily inventory management procedures and duties.
• Coordinate physical inventory procedures and adjust system as necessary.
• Follow procedures to accurately adjust inventory for over/short, defective, and damaged product.
• Perform routine clerical assignments including filing invoices and maintaining records.

Role Purpose

Responsible for maintaining inventory accuracy by verifying all inbound and outbound orders. Insure that inventory entries and adjustments are reflected accurately in the warehouse management system.

Key Accountabilities

• Maintain inventory records.
• Perform daily inventory management procedures and duties.
• Coordinate physical inventory procedures and adjust system as necessary.
• Follow procedures to accurately adjust inventory for over/short, defective, and damaged product.
• Perform routine clerical assignments including filing invoices and maintaining records.

Required Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• Six months warehousing and inventory experience, preferred
• Forklift operator certificate or satisfactory completion of a forklift-training program within the first 30 days of employment, preferred
