Job summary

DHL Supply Chain is seeking an Inventory Control Clerk to maintain inventory accuracy and manage inbound/outbound orders at our Groveport facility in Ohio. The role emphasizes precise cycle counts, dock stock operations, and forklift handling within a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent required or equivalent.
• Six months warehousing and inventory experience preferred.
• Forklift operator certificate or completion of forklift-training within 30 days preferred.
• A minimum of 1 year experience operating Order Picker, Reach Truck and Dock Stocker.
• At least 6 months experience with a WMS or similar systems (JDA, Red Prairie, Blue Yonder, SAP, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Maintain inventory records.
• Perform daily inventory management procedures.
• Coordinate physical inventory procedures and adjust system as necessary.
• Follow procedures to adjust inventory for over/short, defective, and damaged product.
• Perform routine clerical assignments including filing invoices and maintaining records.

• Position: Inventory Control Clerk
• Shift: (FHN) Monday-Wednesday, Sunday 5:00PM-3:30AM, Overtime may be available
• Pay: $20.00 per hour + $1.00 Shift Differential on Monday-Wednesday, $2.50 Shift Differential on Sunday

• REQUIRED: A MINIMUM of 6 months’ experience in Inventory Control to include: Cycle Count, reporting inventory discrepancies, receiving inventory, monitoring inventory levels.
• At least 6 month’s experience with a WMS (Warehouse Management System) or similar systems such as JDA, Red Prairie, Blue Yonder, SAP, etc.

Role Purpose

Responsible for maintaining inventory accuracy by verifying all inbound and outbound orders. Insure that inventory entries and adjustments are reflected accurately in the warehouse management system.

Required Education and Experience

• Forklift operator certificate or satisfactory completion of a forklift-training program within the first 30 days of employment, preferred
