Job summary

DHL Supply Chain in Goodyear, AZ is hiring an Inventory Control Clerk on 3rd shift to maintain inventory accuracy for inbound and outbound orders. You will verify data in the warehouse management system and support cycle counts, discrepancies, and receiving activities.

Preferred candidates have 6 months’ experience with Order Picker, Reach Truck, Dock Stocker, and a WMS like JDA, Red Prairie, Blue Yonder, or SAP. Benefits include comprehensive coverage, PTO, 401(k), and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 6 months experience operating Order Picker, Reach Truck and Dock Stocker.
• At least 6 months' experience in Inventory Control including cycle counts and discrepancy reporting.
• At least 6 months' experience with a WMS or similar systems (JDA, Red Prairie, Blue Yonder, SAP, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Maintain inventory records and accuracy for inbound/outbound orders.
• Perform daily inventory management and cycle counts.
• Coordinate physical inventory procedures and adjust the system as needed.
• Adjust inventory for over/short, damaged, or defective products.
• Handle routine clerical tasks such as filing invoices and records.

Shift- Third (3rd) Inventory Conrol Clerk

Schedule: Sunday - Thursday 10:00pm-6:00am

Pay: $21.35 per hour

Shift Differential: $1.50 per hour

In addition to the general job description below, the ideal candidate will also possess the following skills and/or experience

• A MINIMUM of 6 months experience operating Order Picker, Reach Truck and Dock Stocker.
• A MINIMUM of 6 months' experience in Inventory Control to include: Cycle Count, reporting inventory discrepancies, receiving inventory, monitoring inventory levels.
• At least 6 months' experience with a WMS (Warehouse Management System) or similar systems such as JDA, Red Prairie, Blue Yonder, SAP, etc.

Role Purpose:

Responsible for maintaining inventory accuracy by verifying all inbound and outbound orders. Insure that inventory entries and adjustments are reflected accurately in the warehouse management system.

Key Accountabilities:

• Maintain inventory records.
• Perform daily inventory management procedures and duties.
• Coordinate physical inventory procedures and adjust system as necessary.
• Follow procedures to accurately adjust inventory for over/short, defective, and damaged product.
• Perform routine clerical assignments including filing invoices and maintaining records.

Required Education and Experience:

• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• Six months warehousing and inventory experience, preferred
• Forklift operator certificate or satisfactory completion of a forklift-training program within the first 30 days of employment, preferred
