Job summary

Lightship is seeking an Inventory Control Clerk in Colorado to join our fast-paced operations team. You will conduct daily cycle counts, investigate discrepancies, and operate forklifts to ensure accurate material flow for production.

You will collaborate with supply chain, production, quality, and engineering to optimize inventory accuracy, maintain clean workspaces, and update inventory systems. A valid license and forklift certification or willingness to obtain one are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1–3 years of experience in inventory control, warehousing, or a similar role.
• Proficiency with inventory management software and systems.
• Proficiency in Office Applications (Microsoft Office or Google Suite).
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
• A valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
• Excellent attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.
• Self-starter with the ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Forklift certification or ability to become certified.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily cycle counts and inventory audits to maintain accuracy.
• Investigate and reconcile inventory discrepancies.
• Operate powered industrial equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, in a safe and efficient manner.
• Manage inventory requisition and disposition requests.
• Work closely with supply chain, production, quality, and engineering teams to support inventory needs.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to all safety protocols.
• Utilize and update our inventory management systems.
• Receive, inspect, and track incoming materials and parts.

Preferred Qualifications

• NetSuite ERP experience.

• Lightship compensation consists of the stated pay range plus equity, which gives you a stake in the company.

$27 - $27 an hour
