Job summary

DHL Supply Chain is seeking an Inventory Control Clerk for the Arlington area. This first shift role (8:00am–4:30pm, Monday–Friday) pays $20.75 per hour and involves training migrations from Arlington to Lancaster, TX.

The position emphasizes inventory accuracy and requires basic warehousing experience and forklift certification as preferred qualifications. Primary duties include maintaining inventory records, coordinating cycle counts, and ensuring accurate entries in the warehouse management

Qualifications

• Six months warehousing and inventory experience preferred.
• Forklift operator certificate or completion of forklift-training program within 30 days preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain inventory accuracy by verifying inbound and outbound orders.
• Ensure inventory entries and adjustments are reflected in the warehouse management system.
• Maintain inventory records and perform daily inventory management procedures.
• Coordinate physical inventory procedures and adjust system as necessary.
• Adjust inventory for over/short, defects, and damaged products.
• Perform routine clerical duties such as filing invoices and maintaining records.

The core responsibilities of this role include: Handling of inventory control tasks to include but not be limited to stock ups, material master changes, cycle counting and reconciliation, etc. Must be able to train and complete the migration in Arlington and then transition to the New Lone Star site in Lancaster (2301 E Longhorn Drive, Lancaster, TX 75134). Expected change should occur around November or December.

Required Education and Experience

• Forklift operator certificate or satisfactory completion of a forklift-training program within the first 30 days of employment, preferred
