Job summary

R&R Solutions is seeking an Inventory Control Lead to keep warehouse numbers sharp and stock data accurate. You will maintain records, resolve discrepancies, and ensure smooth inventory flow from start to finish.

The role requires attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work in a safety-minded environment. Must pass pre-employment drug screen and background check; salary is $15.00 per hour.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience in a warehouse, stockroom, or distribution setting preferred.
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills; QuickBooks experience a plus; familiarity with handheld scanners/inventory software.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate warehouse inventory records.
• Compile detailed inventory reports and track stock trends.
• Audit counts, balance accuracy, and investigate shortages to resolve discrepancies.
• Identify and record damaged products to maintain quality control.
• Support other inventory-related duties to keep the warehouse moving.

What You'll Do (The Day-to-Day)

We are looking for a detailed, reliable Inventory Control Lead to keep our warehouse numbers sharp and our stock accurate. As a key player on our team, you'll maintain data integrity, resolve count discrepancies, and ensure our inventory flow runs smoothly from start to finish.

• Maintain Records: Prepare and manage accurate warehouse inventory records to keep our system up to date.
• Track & Report: Compile detailed inventory reports and stay ahead of any stock trends or emerging issues.
• Solve Discrepancies: Audit inventory counts, balance accuracy, and research shortages to resolve discrepancies quickly.
• Damage Control: Identify, inspect, and record damaged products to maintain tight control over inventory quality.
• Support Operations: Pitch in with other inventory-related duties as assigned to keep the warehouse moving.

What We're Looking For

If you have a sharp eye for detail, strong technical skills, and a "can-do" attitude, you'll fit right in.

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent GED required.
• Experience: Previous experience in a warehouse, stockroom, or distribution setting preferred.
• Software & Tech Skills: Advanced Microsoft Office skills required. QuickBooks experience and familiarity with handheld scanners/inventory software are major pluses!
• Work Style: Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to multitask, meet tight deadlines, and work independently.
• Physical Ability: Comfortable lifting up to 50 lbs regularly and working on your feet in a stockroom, warehouse, or dock area where temperatures vary.
• Safety & Reliability: Dependable and safety-minded, ready to support the team in this safety-sensitive role.
