R&R Solutions is hiring a Seasonal Warehouse Associate for our Noel, MO facility. This role offers a stable daytime schedule with weekly pay and hands-on experience in a fast-paced, safety-first environment.

You will handle material movement, order preparation, and equipment operation while documenting components in our inventory system. A high school diploma or GED is preferred, with prior warehouse or logistics experience being a plus.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Material handling: receive, sort, put away, load, and unload products.
• Order prep: prepare and pack orders, inspecting products for defects or damage.
• Equipment operation: move inventory safely using dollies and pallet jacks.
• Technical logging: Disassemble self-checkout machinery and document components in inventory system.
• Safety & organization: maintain a clean, organized workspace and follow safety protocols.

Key Responsibilities

• Material Handling: Receive, sort, put away, load, and unload products.

• Safety & Organization: Maintain a clean, organized workspace and strictly adhere to all warehouse safety protocols.

Qualifications & Skills

• Physical Requirements: Ability to consistently lift, push, and move up to 50 lbs throughout the shift.
• Computer Skills: Basic proficiency with computers, including Microsoft Excel, Google Docs, and inventory tracking software preferred but not required.
• Core Skills: Strong attention to detail, basic math skills, and the ability to communicate effectively within a team environment.
