Job summary

Flowco Productions Llc is seeking an Inventory Specialist to maintain high inventory accuracy at the Haslet, TX facility, overseeing cycle counts, receipts, audits, adjustments, and reconciliations to support on-time order fulfillment.

You will generate reports, manage min/max levels, and coordinate with shipping, sales, purchasing, and accounting to enhance accuracy. Requires a degree or 5+ years in inventory systems, plus proficiency in Excel, Word, Outlook, and forklift certification.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 5+ years experience with inventory systems.
• Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel (VLOOKUP, pivot tables), and Outlook.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and operate a forklift with certification.

Responsibilities

• Maintain inventory accuracy and integrity across the sales facility.
• Process cycle counts, receipts, adjustments, audits, and reconciliations.
• Generate and analyze inventory reports, usage and turnover rates.
• Coordinate with shipping to verify accurate inbound shipments.
• Enter orders from manufacturing to support sales and maintain min/max levels.
• Prepare outbound shipments for redistribution and manage open purchase orders.
