Job summary

DRiV Incorporated in Skokie, IL is seeking an Inventory Control Analyst to maintain inventory accuracy and integrity. You will follow SOPs for cycle counts and use the BOS system to record data, ensuring records are precise and up-to-date.

Responsibilities include monitoring inventory, reconciling discrepancies, and coordinating with Quality and Production teams. Forklift certification and computer literacy are required to perform daily tasks effectively.

Qualifications

• An Inventory Control Analyst is responsible for maintaining a high level of inventory accuracy and integrity.
• Essential Duties & Responsibilities include cycle counts and maintaining records in the BOS system.
• Responsibilities include monitoring and controlling inventory integrity and reconciling discrepancies.
• Must be able to pass forklift certification and operate a forklift or stand-up forklift.
• Strong computer literacy and ability to interact with team members and planners.

Responsibilities

• Follow all established standard operating procedures for Cycle Count and maintain BOS (Business Operating System) for cycle count records
• Monitor and control inventory integrity
• Production Reporting Validation
• Scrap transaction review for accuracy
• Maintain product identification and location
• Research inventory discrepancies and reconcile them
• Complete physical inventories, cycle counts, and audits
• Reconcile non-conforming product with Quality Team
• Resolve inventory problems in a timely manner
• Must be able to pass forklift certification test and drive forklift/Stand-up
• Must be computer literate
• Strong verbal and written skills
• Interact with Team Members, Team Leaders, Supervisors and Planners to resolve discrepancies
