Job summary

Alltech is seeking an inventory/accounting professional to support purchasing, production, and sales order processes within D365, ensuring accuracy in inventory records and cost analyses.

The role involves auditing loads for shipping and receiving, coordinating corrections across departments, and contributing to audits and month-end close activities. Alltech offers competitive pay and growth opportunities in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Solid understanding of purchasing, production, and sales order processes within D365.
• Ability to perform inventory analysis for cost variances and coordinate corrections as necessary.
• Ability to perform general accounting functions related to inventory month end close including reconciliations.
• Ability to review and report on location cycle count documentation and adherence to inventory policy and procedures.
• Ability to observe cycle counts and wall to wall inventory counts.
• Ability to provide financial/cost analysis.
• Ability to prepare inventory related to audits.
• Ability to communicate across all levels within the organization.
• Pre-employment drug screen, physical and background check is required.
• The ability to prioritize and function in fast pace, multitasking, deadline driven environment
