Job summary

ROMARK is seeking an Inventory Control Analyst in Bethel, PA to verify inventory accuracy and support SOX/compliance processes. The role involves cycle counts, reports, and audits across monthly to year-end closing activities.

The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or GED, strong numerical and detail orientation, and the ability to work independently. Familiarity with SAP and Excel is a plus for data entry and reporting tasks.

Responsibilities

  • Perform clock search by verifying manufacturing production dates and times against actual inventoried products.
  • Perform product destruction.
  • Perform freight line-item maintenance by removing old product and updating hold product.
  • Perform manufacturing quality inspection audits of inventoried product as required (e.g., weight accuracy, bag quality, label accuracy, unusual odors).
  • Inspect and audit staged outbound product (SKU, visible damage, pallet count).
  • Maintain inventory accuracy by performing cycle counts (verify SKU and box count).
  • Provide general support and assistance in researching and resolving inventory discrepancies.
  • Ensure compliance with company inventory control policies and SOX/document control requirements.
  • Generate daily, weekly, and monthly inventory reports (cycle-count accuracy, scrap/destruction, adjustments, and KPI dashboards).
  • Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end inventory processes, including audits and reconciliation reports.
  • Communicate by email back to customers for multiple inventory requests.
  • Perform product consolidation for bulk storage.
  • Perform all duties in a safe, clean, and organized manner (work area, equipment, PPE).
  • Run and review the ZSBAL report (SAP reporting) when required.
  • Participate in special projects as required.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Salary Range: $21.65 - $21.65 per hour

Shift: Thursday - Saturday, 8am - 8pm
