You will monitor receiving, production, and shipping activities, audit ERP transactions, and report on material shortages and downtime. The role emphasizes problem solving, data analysis, and collaboration with finance and operations to drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, business, data analytics, or related field preferred.
• Equivalent combination of education and manufacturing, inventory control, or auditing experience will be considered.
• Two or more years of relevant experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Audit production jobs, receipts, shipments, and ERP transactions for accuracy.
• Investigate discrepancies, identify root causes, and coordinate corrective actions.
• Monitor inventory across receiving, production, and shipping.
• Prepare analytical, financial, and operational reports.
• Lead cycle counts and assist with annual inventories and audits.
• Provide reporting and support to supervisors and operations teams.
