KeHE Distributors, a worker-owned distributor of natural and organic products, seeks an Inventory Control Analyst to drive accuracy through root-cause analysis, cycle counting, and data-driven solutions. You will partner with DC leadership and operations, owning a temp zone and coaching staff while supporting continuous improvement initiatives.

The role requires data literacy, collaboration, and accountability across the IC team, aligned with KeHE’s mission and values.

Qualificações

• 3–5 years of experience in inventory control, warehouse operations, or a related analytical role within a distribution center.
• Proficiency with reporting and data querying tools (Excel, Power BI, SQL, etc.).
• Ability to build and interpret inventory trend analysis.
• Experience facilitating cross-functional projects with DC or operations leadership.
• Comfortable in leadership capacity during absence of direct management and credible decision-making.

Responsabilidades

• Own root cause analysis on large-value inventory adjustments and cycle count variances with thorough documentation.
• Manage recall, DAP, UDR, VFR, salvage, and donation protocols with accuracy and compliance.
• Translate quantitative findings into concise narratives for DC leadership.
• Maintain full ownership of the assigned temp zone within the DC and guide daily workflow.
• Conduct cycle counter audits and partner with the DC IC Manager on coaching opportunities.
• Establish bi-weekly and daily touchpoints with Site Director and IC staff to align priorities.
• Serve as IC representative in cross-functional settings and communicate data-driven solutions.
• Lead at least one cross-functional IC project from definition to implementation.
