Uline, a family-owned leader in shipping and packaging, seeks an Inventory Control Analyst at our Corporate Headquarters in Pleasant Prairie, WI. You will analyze inventory data to identify trends, support 15 locations across North America, and present findings to leadership.

The role emphasizes building reports with SQL, Power BI and Excel, driving process improvements to improve accuracy and efficiency, with strong collaboration across teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in any field.
• 3+ years of warehouse or inventory experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Experience with SQL, Power BI and WMS is a plus.

Position Responsibilities

• Lead root cause analysis to anticipate potential inventory discrepancies and identify solutions.
• Translate data and metrics into actionable insights through clear, concise reports and present strategic findings to leadership.
• Build, maintain and enhance reports using SQL, Power BI and Excel.
• Identify process improvements to strengthen inventory accuracy and ensure efficient operations.

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 3+ years of warehouse or inventory experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Strong, analytical, organizational and communication skills.
• Experience with SQL, Power BI and Warehouse Management System (WMS) a plus.
