Job summary

Curaleaf in Bellmawr, NJ is seeking an Inventory Coordinator to manage data accuracy and audits across cultivation operations. You will maintain METRC and Biotrack logs, support compliance, and collaborate with the Compliance Manager and cultivation team to ensure traceability and accurate plant movements.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of data management and auditing experience.
• Experience with database systems and data warehouses.
• Experience with data integration from multiple data sources.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Conduct inventory inspections and maintain METRC and Biotrack logs for traceability.
• Communicate with cultivation team to create new plantings in METRC using clone logs.
• Create METRC plant tags for plants.
• Perform a weekly count of each flower room and the Mother Room.
• Audit plant rooms monthly in Biotrack/Metric systems.
• Enter data and documentation to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Identify and report discrepancies to the Compliance Manager.
• Track waste in log sheets and Biotrack/Metrc; ensure disposal.
• Assist grow team during harvests and upload plants to rooms in METRC.
• Train others on data collection and auditing systems.
