Responsibilities

• Verify deal documents meet compliance requirements prior to billing
• Perform monthly inventory reconciliations and report variances
• Reconcile selected accounts and analyze abnormalities
• Review schedules and coordinate with the office manager for month-end adjustments
• Obtain proper approvals for all transactions and entries
• Process wholesale transactions and post to the general ledger
• Handle titles and payments to complete wholesale billing and coordinate with Auctions
• Maintain inventory records for New & Used vehicles and document control
• Scan and file work papers and maintain the daily check sheet per supervisor
• Perform other tasks as assigned by supervisor and maintain professional appearance
• Communicate professionally with all required points of contact
