Intellisense Systems, Inc. in Torrance, CA is seeking an Inventory Clerk to support daily warehouse and production operations by maintaining accurate inventory records, handling materials, and preparing production kits according to established procedures.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Pull parts per pick list and build kits for production per AS9100 procedures.
• Issue finished goods against sales orders.
• Record inventory activity and complete ERP transactions accurately.
• Perform routine inventory audits and cycle counts.
• Support inventory replenishment and maintain a clean, safe workspace.
• Assist with general material handling across warehouse and production areas.

In this role, as an Inventory Clerk, you will support daily warehouse and production operations by maintaining accurate inventory records, handling materials, and preparing production kits in line with established procedures. Your work ensures materials are organized, properly documented, and readily available for the manufacturing team.

Location: Torrance, CA 90501 (On-site)

Primary Responsibilities

• Pull parts per pick list and build kits for production in accordance with established AS9100 procedures
• Issue finished goods against sales orders
• Record inventory activity and complete required ERP transactions accurately and promptly
• Perform routine inventory audits and cycle counts
• Support inventory replenishment activities as required
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Assist with general material handling tasks across the warehouse and production areas

Qualification Guidelines

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Strong attention to detail and focus on inventory accuracy
• Basic computer proficiency; willingness to learn ERP transactions
• Ability to kit material accurately from kit lists, work orders, and related production documentation
• Self-starter who works well independently and proactively seeks out next tasks
• Strong verbal and written communication skills and proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Word are expected.

Compensation

$19.00 – $25.00 hr., depending on level and experience. (Base rate will vary based on your skills, qualifications, and experience.)
