Job summary

SPX Technologies, part of SPX Cooling Technologies, is seeking a Material Handler to support the Springfield, MO facility. The role focuses on day-to-day yard material handling, SAP receipts, cycle counts, and inventory segregation of company-owned and customer-owned goods.

Qualifications

• Safety, quality, and accuracy are essential in daily yard operations.
• Cycle counts and inventory integrity are required.
• Receiving and dock-to-stock processes must be accurate and timely.
• Ability to read packing slips and purchase orders is important.
• Understanding of consigned and customer-owned inventory handling is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Inventory and Material Management
• Place purchase orders in SAP and coordinate shipping/receiving
• Drive inventory accuracy through cycle counts and monitor material flow
• Direct Material Handler activities to ensure smooth operations
• Production Support and Scheduling
• Maintain the production schedule to ensure timely workflow
• Assist with other duties to support production and logistics
