Job summary

SPX Cooling Technologies in Springfield, MO is hiring a Material Handler to manage day-to-day material handling and inventory accuracy in an outdoor yard supporting the Springfield facility. You will receive material from suppliers, verify receipts in SAP, store materials, and participate in weekly cycle counts while ensuring proper segregation of company-owned and customer-owned inventory.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 5-7 years of relative experience or a college degree in a related field.
• Experience with SAP receiving, goods movement, and inventory adjustment is a plus.
• Strong accuracy in inventory records and cycle counts.

Responsibilities

• Manage receiving and posting of materials in SAP for accuracy.
• Maintain inventory and cycle counts to ensure accuracy.
• Support production scheduling and outbound shuttle loads as needed.
• Maintain yard organization and housekeeping in a two-plant environment.
