Green Cannabis Co. is a Nevada-based, vertically integrated dispensary focused on high-quality cannabis products. The Inventory Clerk will verify receipts, manage product labeling, and support METRC compliance while ensuring accurate entry into the POS system.

Responsibilities include receiving deliveries, conducting regular inventory counts, and maintaining an orderly vault and sales floor. Prior inventory experience and relevant dispensary credentials are preferred, with weekend/evening shifts

Mansioni

• Receive and handle incoming cannabis deliveries.
• Verify that inventory received matches manifests/invoices and document discrepancies.

JOB DESCRIPTION

Overview

The Inventory Clerk is responsible for Verifying Products upon Receipt, and preparing inventory for the sales floor.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the receiving and handling of incoming cannabis deliveries.
• Adhere to strict applicable policies, rules, regulations, and/or other standards required as a part of compliance with the Company and Cannabis Compliance Board (CCB) guidelines.
• Assist with weekly and monthly, and quarterly inventory counts.
• Ensure that all products have been properly labeled with the appropriate barcode/compliance labels and are accounted for within the company's inventory system and METRC.
• Keep a clean and well-organized vault and sales floor.
• Enter new products into Point of sale, and accept manifests into METRC as needed.
• Verify vendor deliveries while making sure inventory received matches the manifest/invoice.
• Promote a positive work environment that is customer-service oriented.
• Ensure Company goals, deadlines, and performance standards are met.
• Attend regular mandatory training classes, OSHA training, METRC training, and staff meetings.
• Other duties assigned by management.

Qualifications

• Ability to quickly and accurately. Important when restocking the sales floor.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment often during busy and stressful circumstances.
• Knowledge of basic computer skills, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel), Ability to deal with problems and resolve in a professional manner.
• Ability to make basic mathematical calculations quickly and accurately; and
• Must be able to accommodate scheduling expectations including weekend, evening, and holiday shifts.

Education and/or Experience:

• Valid Dispensary Agent Card and City of Las Vegas Work Card are a requirement
• Inventory experience is required.
• High school diploma or General Education Diploma (GED) preferred.
• METRC experience is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $15.00 per hour
