Job summary

Green Dispensary at Rainbow Blvd in Las Vegas, NV is seeking a Delivery Dispatcher to coordinate order building, route planning, and customer updates. You’ll support drivers, verify eligibility, and ensure compliant, on-time deliveries from a central hub.

The role is full-time, hourly, with $16.00 per hour plus sales incentives. Benefits begin after probation, with opportunities to grow cart totals through customer engagement.

Delivery Dispatcher

Location: 101 S Rainbow Blvd, Las Vegas, NV 89107 (Central/West Las Vegas Valley) Employment Type: Full-time, hourly (non-exempt) Pay: $16.00 per hour, plus sales incentives Overtime: Paid in accordance with Nevada and federal law Schedule: Thursday–Sunday, mid and/or night shifts (weekends required)

Every Green Dispensary delivery starts with a great dispatcher. From the moment an order comes through to the moment it reaches the customer's hands, you'll be the one making it happen by building orders, mapping out routes, keeping customers in the loop, and keeping our drivers moving.

You'll work out of our Rainbow Blvd location with a supportive team, eligible to earn sales incentives on top of your hourly pay and get full-time hours with available benefits.

What We Offer

What You'll Do

• Build delivery orders accurately, making sure every product, label, and document is correct.
• Verify customer eligibility through ID and address verification in line with compliance standards.
• Plan smart, efficient routes in Onfleet while staying within allotment compliance.
• Connect with every delivery customer to confirm their order details and represent Green Dispensary professionally.
• Help customers get the most out of their order by sharing deals, promotions, and rewards, and suggesting add-ons when appropriate.
• Keep customers informed with accurate ETAs and timely updates if anything changes.
• Generate METRC manifests in line with all compliance regulations, adding helpful notes for drivers.
• Support the delivery team wherever needed, including covering driver shifts or gaps in coverage.
• Pitch in on other delivery and store-support tasks as needed.

What You'll Bring

• Must be 21 years of age or older (required under Nevada law for cannabis establishment agents).
• Availability for full-time hours, Thursday through Sunday.
• A valid driver's license is required.
  • Company vehicles are provided on site for delivery use.
  • Insurance driving record requirements require no major violations within 3-7 years. (Depends on the state you are licensed in)
• Reliable transportation.
• A Nevada Cannabis Establishment Agent Registration Card, or the ability to obtain one before your start date. (We can help with costs; if needed)
• A Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department (LVMPD) work card as required, or the ability to obtain one. (We can help with costs; if needed)
• Strong customer service and communication skills, and comfort making outbound confirmation calls.
• A sales-minded, positive attitude and motivation to grow cart totals through helpful recommendations.
• Excellent organization, attention to detail, and a compliance-first mindset.
• Dependability, punctuality, and the ability to work independently.

All required cards, licenses, and registrations must remain current and in good standing throughout employment. This is required under Nevada law for cannabis establishment agents.

Nice to Have

• Experience with Onfleet or other dispatch and route-planning software
• Familiarity with METRC or cannabis compliance
• Dispatch, call center, dispensary, or retail sales experience

• Employment is contingent on obtaining and maintaining the required agent registration and work card, which include background checks conducted by the Nevada Cannabis Compliance Board and local authorities.

Physical requirements:

• Being in a seated position for 2-6 hours of your shift
• Ability to operate a vehicle safely, if needed, 2+ hours of your shift.

• Hand eye coordination with attention to details for pulling and packing delivery orders
