Job summary

Fresh Express Salads in Harrisburg seeks an Inventory role professional to maintain accurate data in PRMS and support the Inventory department. Daily cycle counts and upkeep of Packaging, Film, Condiments, Raw Materials, and Finished Goods are essential.

Responsibilities include data entry, documentation, and cross-functional collaboration with Production, Scheduling, Purchasing, and Logistics to manage variances and ensure timely reporting.

Qualifications

• Must have 1 year in a food processing/packaging environment.
• Inventory control experience preferred.
• High school diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Timely and accurate inventory of Raw Materials, Packaging, Film, Condiments, and Finished Goods.
• Accurate data entry and file maintenance in PRMS.
• Follow proper documentation procedures per requirements and other company procedures.
• Interface with production, warehouse, scheduling, purchasing, etc.
• Inventory variance review, research, and explanation; take corrective action as needed.
• Report Peco Inventory as per schedule and explain variances.
• Maintain files so they are readily available for review.
• Communicate with Production, Scheduling, Purchasing, Transportation, Customer Service, and Logistics teams regularly.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
