Job summary

Fresh Express in Georgia is seeking an Inventory Clerk to maintain accurate inventory data in PRMS and support the Inventory department. The role requires daily cycle counting and maintenance of Finished Goods, packaging, film, condiments, and related inventories.

Key tasks include data entry, SOX-compliant procedures, and regular interaction with Production, Scheduling, Purchasing, Transportation, and Logistics teams.

Responsibilities

• Timely and accurate inventory of raw materials, packaging, film, and condiments.
• Accurate data entry and file maintenance in PRMS.
• Follow SOX procedures and other company policies.
• Interface with production, warehouse, scheduling, and purchasing as needed.
• Inventory variance review, research, and explanation; take corrective actions.
• Report Peco Inventory weekly with variance explanations.
• Maintain files for audit readiness and easy retrieval.
• Communicate with Production, Scheduling, Purchasing, Transportation, Customer Service, and Logistics teams regularly.
• Perform other duties as assigned, including housekeeping.
