Job summary

Prinova is seeking an Inventory Clerk in Carol Stream, IL to manage stock, track counts, and maintain accurate records and timely reports of daily counts.

You will cycle count materials, post totals, resolve discrepancies, and assist in year-end inventory prep. A minimum of 1+ years in inventory control and stand-up forklift experience are preferred; strong organizational and math skills are a plus.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of inventory control experience in a distribution or manufacturing environment preferred
• Stand-up Forklift experience

Responsibilities

• Cycle count material in various warehouses and locations for accuracy
• Post totals in inventory records
• Resolve discrepancies (lot numbers, quantities, bin locations)
• Enter daily operations data into monthly reports
• Assist in managing the quarantine area inventory with Product Managers and QA
• Process Bin Verification Reports
• Physically verify discrepancies in inventory
• Assist in year-end inventory preparation
