Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Warehouse/inventory or shipping/receiving experience preferred but not required.
• Basic computer skills and ability to learn inventory systems.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Receive and inspect incoming materials and verify quantities against paperwork.
• Prepare, package, and ship outgoing orders accurately and on time.
• Enter inventory transactions and maintain accurate records.
• Organize materials and keep warehouse storage areas clean and orderly.
• Assist with cycle counts and inventory audits.
• Create and maintain shipping and receiving documentation.
• Report damaged materials or shipment issues.
• Operate pallet jacks; forklift operation if trained and certified.
• Collaborate with team across operations to ensure materials availability.
• Follow safety, quality, and workplace procedures.
