Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Handle shipping duties: prepare and package outgoing shipments, create labels and documents, coordinate carrier pickups.
• Handle receiving duties: inspect incoming shipments, record receipts, report discrepancies.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and perform regular cycle counts; organize storage and locations.
• Maintain shipping/receiving logs and generate reports on delays or discrepancies.
• Operate material handling equipment safely if certified; report malfunctions.
• Follow safety protocols and company policies for shipping, receiving, and warehouse operations.
• Provide responsive customer service and collaborate with other departments to resolve issues.
