The role requires attention to detail, strong data entry skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced automotive environment.

You will perform audits, reconcile discrepancies, and generate reports while using Excel and the company’s inventory systems.

Qualifications

• Previous automotive inventory or dealership administrative experience strongly preferred
• High school diploma or GED required
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel
• Ability to accurately enter, maintain, and reconcile data
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently while also being part of a team
• Dependable, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate inventory records and databases
• Track inventory movement, adjustments, and transfers
• Perform regular inventory audits and inventory reconciliation
• Research and resolve inventory discrepancies
• Process inventory-related documentation and reports
• Enter and update inventory information in company systems
• Monitor inventory activity and communicate issues or discrepancies
• Ensure company inventory control procedures are followed
• Support dealership inventory processes and related administrative functions
