PALFINGER in Trenton, NJ is hiring an Inventory Clerk to support daily warehouse operations. The role emphasizes accurate receiving, storage, issuing, and shipping of materials, ensuring inventory integrity and safe handling. Must be detail-oriented and capable of collaborating in a fast-paced team.

The position requires at least a high school diploma and experience with inventory systems, RF scanners, and Excel. A forklift license is preferred; some overtime may be required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Forklift license preferred; experience operating material-handling equipment required.
• Three years’ experience in inventory control, warehouse operations, or cycle counting.
• Proficiency with computers, including Microsoft Excel, RF scanners, and inventory systems.
• Strong communication skills and ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment, including overtime when needed.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate inventory records, including cycle counts and discrepancy resolution.
• Receive, inspect, store, and ship materials to ensure accuracy, quality, and damage-free delivery.
• Operate forklifts and material-handling equipment safely to move, load, and unload materials.
• Process inventory transactions in the system, including receiving, issuing, and location assignments.

The Inventory Clerk supports daily warehouse operations by accurately receiving, storing, issuing, and shipping materials. This role ensures inventory accuracy, safe material movement, and compliance with established procedures. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, safety-focused, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, team environment. This position will be working at our Trenton, New Jersey facility.
