PALFINGER, located in Trenton, NJ, is seeking an Inventory Clerk to support daily warehouse operations, ensuring accuracy and safe material movement. The role requires attention to detail, forklift experience, and the ability to work in a fast-paced team environment.

Responsibilities include cycle counts, receiving, storing, issuing and shipping materials, and maintaining inventory systems. A high school diploma and forklift experience are required, with overtime possible as needed.

The Inventory Clerk supports daily warehouse operations by accurately receiving, storing, issuing, and shipping materials. This role ensures inventory accuracy, safe material movement, and compliance with established procedures. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, safety-focused, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, team environment. This position will be working at our Trenton, New Jersey facility.

Your Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate inventory records, including cycle counts and discrepancy resolution.
• Receive, inspect, store, and ship materials to ensure accuracy, quality, and damage-free delivery.
• Operate forklifts and material-handling equipment safely to move, load, and unload materials.
• Process inventory transactions in the system, including receiving, issuing, and location assignments.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment while communicating effectively with team members and management.

Your Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid forklift license preferred, and experience operating material-handling equipment required.
• Three years’ experience in inventory control, warehouse operations, or cycle counting.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to review data and identify discrepancies.
• Proficiency with computers, including Microsoft Office (Excel), RF scanners, and inventory systems.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment, including overtime when needed.
