Job summary

Qualifications

Job description

Overview

Job Location: NAPCO Precast SA - San Antonio, TX 78250 • Position Type: Full Time • Salary Range: $15.00 - $16.75 Hourly

Responsibilities

• Assist with the receiving of all raw materials, equipment, and other supplies needed for the company to run.
• Maintain inventory items and tool room stock levels; work with production, scheduling, and purchasing on the generation of all lists required for stock items and long lead time items.
• Receiving: work with material handlers to ensure that all procedures are followed so that all incoming materials are delivered to the proper department and to submit paperwork to the proper areas of data entry.
• Inventory & Production Reporting: responsible for maintaining the NAPCO part numbering system and ensuring that setups are done properly for all inventory items.
• Read tape measures.
• Basic knowledge of the use of hand and power tools.
• Transport parts to bed locations and track quantities.
• Be willing and able to learn how to operate a sit-down forklift.
• Hand out PPE and tools to employees.
• Cleaning chucks.
• Work with a team.

Qualifications

• The ability to lift, bend, stoop, stretch, twist, or reach with your body, arms, and/or legs.
• Be on feet 8 to 12 hours shifts.
• Work outside all day in heat or cold.
• Push and pull 30 lbs. Lift 30-80 lbs.
• The ability to keep or regain your body balance or stay upright when in an unstable position.
• Work overtime and mandatory Saturdays when scheduled.
