Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Receive incoming shipments and verify purchase orders against packing slips and invoices.
• Enter parts and inventory information into warehouse systems for tracking and accuracy.
• Organize and distribute HVAC parts, tools, and materials to installation and service teams.
• Pull and stage materials for scheduled jobs and department requests.
• Maintain inventory lists and ensure accurate stock levels for HVAC parts and supplies.
• Investigate discrepancies in shipments and ensure proper charges are applied.
• Manage parts and materials inventory levels and place orders when necessary.
• Conduct vehicle inventory checks to ensure service trucks are properly stocked.
• Inspect tools, equipment, and parts to ensure technicians have what they need for scheduled work.
• Perform regular inventory counts and scheduled warehouse inventory audits.
