Job summary

A-Line is seeking an Inventory Clerk to manage and verify stock. The role involves data entry, physical counting, and logging units into our system, with attention to accuracy. Work is performed indoors and outdoors, including sites requiring PPE and outdoor conditions.

The position supports resale operations, requires a high school diploma, and offers a 6:45 am to 3:45 pm schedule with $19.00 per hour pay and occasional overtime or Saturdays as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Experience with data entry or inventory is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and basic computer skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Create, prepare, and categorize inventory files for all incoming units.
• Physically count and log all units into the Inventory Management System.
• Identify and troubleshoot units and classify them for resale or recycle accordingly.
• Capture and maintain photograph inventory records for resale operations.
• Perform weekly inventory counts and inspections of equipment in storage.
• Update inventory records with any damages as necessary.
• Enter and correct data into manifests and BOLs to match inventory records.
• Finalize paperwork and perform quality checks on all inventory records.
• Pull oil samples and perform quality tests on equipment as needed.
• Communicate with team lead, employees, and customers on available inventory as needed.
• Other tasks as assigned.

This is a hands‑on position that combines inventory management with physical work both indoors and outdoors.

What You’ll Do:
