Job summary

Incora is seeking a Quality Assurance reviewer to inspect and verify received materials and certification packages to ensure traceability and documentation accuracy.

You will use inventory management systems, collaborate with procurement and suppliers to resolve non-conformities, and release compliant material for warehouse processes, with attention to shelf life and storage conditions.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience with quality management systems (ISO 9001, AS 9120 preferred).
• Ability to perform root cause analysis and research thoroughly.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, professional internal/external interactions.

Responsibilities

• Verify received materials and certification packages for traceability and accuracy.
• Use inventory systems to note material information and discrepancies.
• Determine shelf life and storage conditions in the system.
• Release conforming material with lot/batch, expiration date and location for warehouse processes.
• Identify root causes and coordinate with procurement/suppliers to resolve issues.
• Monitor storage temperature devices and act on outliers.
